Launch The Regenerative Party with comprehensive digital infrastructure, build email list to 500,000+ supporters, establish 200+ local chapters across all bioregions, and recruit 5,000+ active volunteers. Create content engine producing podcasts, videos, and educational materials explaining TRAP/TRIP framework.
Phase 2: Coalition Building
Form strategic partnerships with trimtab organizations working on systems change—worker cooperatives, community land trusts, voting rights groups, climate justice organizations, and healthcare reform advocates. Build the coalition that will transform American politics.
Phase 3: Electoral Breakthrough
Recruit and train 100+ candidates for local, state, and federal office. Target winnable races in all four bioregions. Win 20+ elections in 2026 midterms, demonstrating that regenerative politics can succeed. Establish The Regenerative Party as a permanent force in American politics.
Phase 4: Systems Transformation
Implement regenerative policies in communities where we've won power. Prove that worker ownership, community land trusts, public healthcare, and ranked-choice voting work. Create demonstration projects that inspire replication nationwide. Build momentum for 2028 elections.
Phase 5: National Movement
Scale successful models across the nation. Win 100+ elections in 2028 and 2030 cycles. Achieve critical mass where regenerative solutions become the new common sense. Transform American politics from TRAP to TRIP permanently.
